Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 30–80 days before arrival – 30% non-refundable

  • 15–29 days before arrival – 60% non-refundable

  • 7–14 days before arrival – 80% non-refundable

  • Within 6 days / No-show – 100% non-refundable

Additional Notes:

  • Accommodation refunds follow hotel/resort policies.

  • Packages: cancellation charges apply to accommodations, activities, and transfers booked.

  • Group bookings: cancellations apply per person.

  • Force majeure (weather, natural disasters, airline issues, etc.) may affect schedules. Bicol Dive Center is not liable for disruptions outside our control.

  • If we cancel an activity for operational reasons, you will receive a full refund. For cancellations due to force majeure, 70% will be refunded if no alternative activity can be provided.

  • Transaction charges for refunds are not covered.

  • Senior citizen discounts apply (Philippine citizens only, with valid ID).

  • Travel insurance is recommended. No refunds for unused services or no-shows.
